Reporting and Removal Policy

Anyone, including a person without an account, may email xoxodramaprivacy@proton.me with “Content Report.” For an intimate-image concern use “Intimate Image Removal”; for suspected minor-related material use “Minor Safety.”

Information to include

Provide the exact content URL, a concise reason, any relevant timestamps and a way to contact you. For a request under the TAKE IT DOWN Act, include a physical or electronic signature; enough information to identify and locate the depiction; a brief good-faith statement that it was published without the depicted individual’s consent, including relevant supporting information; and contact information sufficient for us to reach you. The identifiable depicted individual or an authorized person may submit a request. We do not require that person to own copyright.

Do not attach explicit photographs of a real person, a child’s sexual image or unnecessary identity documents. We may ask for proportionate clarification through a suitable channel. We keep case information confidential subject to lawful processing and disclosure; we cannot promise absolute secrecy.

Priority and action

We prioritize suspected minors, intimate imagery shared without consent and unauthorized recognizable likenesses. We aim to review urgent reports and take protective action within 48 hours of adequate information to locate the content. We may temporarily restrict it. Where the TAKE IT DOWN Act applies, a valid removal request triggers removal as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours, with reasonable efforts to find and remove known identical copies. A service target does not extend that duty or any shorter obligation.

We use case references and notify a contactable requester of the outcome or further information needed where lawful. Appropriate results include restriction, removal, correction, referral or a reasoned decision not to remove. We take proportionate steps against reappearance and preserve information when lawfully required.

Review and authorities

For review, reply with “Safety Review” and the case reference. Review does not automatically restore removed material. Authorities may email xoxodramaprivacy@proton.me with “Law Enforcement” or “Regulatory Request.” If you face immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
