This is a statement about the described production model, not a government-issued exemption or a conclusion that all AI-labelled content is exempt.
We do not use this statement to excuse content involving minors, recognizable real-person intimate likenesses or unlawful material. If actual human performers, source footage or other relevant production facts are introduced, applicability must be reassessed and any required records and disclosures established before publication.
